Loving the happy cards:) The gingerbread house scene is fab.

US election day is always held on a Tuesday because in 1845 farmers often needed a full day to travel by horse-drawn vehicles to the county seat to vote. Farmers would leave Monday, vote on Tuesday and be back in time for market day, which was on Wednesday.

Our October challenge has ended. It was a bit difficult with the color scheme (sorry about that!)... either way, you really need to  check out the October gallery -- it's sooooooo beautiful! Many of you used the purples, maroons, and pinks from the color pallet! A winner and some featured players will be posted Monday!

I'm excited to share a sneak peek with you for the November challenge. We are giving THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! November is my favorite month because I have so much to be thankful for. ps... thanks for your well wishes last week! I was able to feel a bit better for our trip, but as soon as we got home I was on the couch with a migraine. BOOOOOOOO! I'm feeling much better now though!

I had fun creating with our new TRIANGLE TREE DIE.  

The triangles are cut on the top and scored at the bottom.

There is a star die and different tree base die options.

Here are some other options that I came up with...but I know thee is so much more that this fun die can do...

Just wait until you see what our super created team came up with using this die.

Trees are able to communicate with each other through an underground network known as the ‘wood-wide web’. This system allows trees to loan sugar to neighboring trees, send warning signals about injury or disease, nurture their own offspring, and donate resources to conserve the forest.
